Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling your child in Miles Ahead Charter School's Infinity Care before and aftercare program and using this digital management system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Program Enrollment

To enroll in the Infinity Care program, you must:

  • Be a parent/guardian of a student enrolled at Miles Ahead Charter School
  • Complete all required enrollment forms
  • Provide accurate emergency contact and medical information
  • Agree to the program's payment terms and policies
  • Review and acknowledge all program rules and procedures

Program Hours & Attendance

Before Care

Operating hours: 6:45 AM - 7:30 AM (Monday through Friday)

Aftercare

Operating hours: 3:45 PM - 6:00 PM (Monday through Friday)

Sign-outs accepted until 7:30 PM with late fees applied

Late Pickup Policy

Pickup after 6:00 PM will incur a late fee of $2 per minute. Late fees will be added to your next invoice.

Payment Terms

By enrolling in the program, you agree to the following payment terms:

  • Invoices are generated bi-weekly and due upon receipt
  • Payment can be made online or by check/cash
  • Late payments may result in suspension of program access
  • A sibling discount may apply for families with multiple enrolled children
  • Refunds are not provided for unused days or early withdrawal
  • Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice

Parent Responsibilities

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

  • Signing children in/out using the digital system
  • Notifying staff of any schedule changes or absences
  • Keeping emergency contact information current
  • Updating medical information as needed
  • Picking up children on time to avoid late fees
  • Reviewing and responding to incident reports promptly
  • Ensuring children arrive with appropriate clothing and supplies

Student Conduct

Students participating in the program are expected to follow all school rules and Infinity Care program guidelines. The program reserves the right to:

  • Issue incident reports for behavioral concerns
  • Implement temporary suspensions for serious violations
  • Terminate enrollment for repeated or severe behavioral issues
  • Contact parents immediately for safety concerns

Health & Safety

To ensure the health and safety of all participants:

  • Sick children should not attend the program
  • All medications must be documented and administered by staff
  • Emergency procedures will be followed as per school policy
  • Staff are trained in first aid and emergency response
  • Parents will be notified immediately of any injuries

Program Closures

The Infinity Care program follows the Miles Ahead Charter School calendar and will be closed on:

  • School holidays and breaks
  • Professional development days (unless otherwise specified)
  • Emergency closures (weather, safety concerns, etc.)

Families will be notified of closures through the calendar system and email notifications. No refunds or credits are provided for scheduled closures.

System Usage

When using the Infinity Care digital management system:

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Use the system only for its intended purposes
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Do not attempt to access unauthorized areas
  • Report any security concerns immediately

Liability & Insurance

Miles Ahead Charter School maintains appropriate insurance coverage for the Infinity Care program. However, the school is not liable for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
  • Minor injuries occurring during normal program activities
  • Delays in pickup due to traffic or other circumstances

Program Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify program hours, policies, or fees with reasonable notice
  • Terminate enrollment for non-payment or policy violations
  • Discontinue the program if necessary (with advance notice)

Parents may withdraw their child at any time with written notice, but fees are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding the program or these terms should first be addressed with the Program Coordinator. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to school administration.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email and posted in the system. Continued use of the program after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
